Who we are
Pingang International Trade House LTD., Hong Kong, operates lomonosov-porcelain.com. For questions about your personal information, contact [email protected].
Information we collect and why
When you use our store, create an account or place an order, we process the contact, billing and delivery details you provide, your order and support history, payment status and transaction references. We also process technical information needed to run and protect the website, including IP address, device and browser details, cookies and security logs. We use this information to operate the cart and account, take and fulfil orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We may use site-usage information to understand and improve the store. The Global Privacy Control browser signal is respected for optional analytics. Essential cookies keep the cart and account working. Promotional messages are separate from order and delivery notices; we send them only where permitted and provide an unsubscribe method.
Advertising and measurement
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Platforms, Inc. outside Europe), to measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs and to show our ads to people who have visited our store. When you browse the store, the pixel records the pages and products you view, searches (the number of results, not what you typed), items added to your bag, and the start of checkout and your payment-method choice, together with your device, browser and IP address and a Meta cookie. When an order is paid, we send Meta the order value, the products, and your email address, phone number, name, city, postcode and country. Before we send these contact details, we convert them into irreversible codes (SHA-256 hashes), so Meta receives no readable contact details. Meta compares these codes only with information it already holds. We send the order IP address unchanged.
Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy and may transfer it outside your country. The pixel does not run if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can also limit ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or ask us at [email protected] to stop sending your order details to Meta. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Yandex Metrica for similar measurement.
Who receives information
We share only the information needed to provide a service with payment providers, delivery companies and customs agents, and our email, hosting, security, analytics and advertising providers. These providers may process information in countries other than yours. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by us as a complete card number. We do not sell customer mailing lists.
Retention and your choices
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns or disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements. We keep security and analytics information only for the period needed for those purposes, then delete or de-identify it unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing, at [email protected]. Some records must be kept where required for completed orders, security or legal compliance. We may verify your identity before handling a request.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. This store is not intended for children. We will post material changes to this policy with an updated date and give additional notice where required. Your rights under applicable law are not reduced by this policy.
