Our Guarantee

When you order from us, we undertake three things.

• Genuine porcelain. Every porcelain piece in our catalogue comes from the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory in St. Petersburg and carries its mark on the base.
• Accurate descriptions. Product pages state the material, the pattern and the shape of each piece.
• An order fulfilled properly. We send you the pieces you ordered and tracking details when they are available.

If something is wrong with your order

If a piece arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, or something is missing, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and of its packaging. When the problem is our responsibility, we replace the item or refund it.

Returns

Returns are accepted where the law that applies to your order gives you that right. Email us first: we will send you the return instructions and the return address. Items must come back unused, in their original packaging.

The full conditions are in our Shipping & Returns policy. If the law gives you stronger rights than our policy, those rights prevail.
