A three-piece bone china set inspired by Swan Lake, the Tchaikovsky ballet first staged at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow in 1877: a 165 ml (5.6 fl oz) cup, its saucer and a 150 mm (5.9") cake plate. Made on the May shape at the Imperial Porcelain Factory in St Petersburg.
The decoration is painted by hand and finished with 22-karat gold, so hand washing is recommended. A gift for anyone who loves Russian ballet.
