Payment Methods

How you can pay

Bank card. Enter your card details in Stripe's secure payment form at checkout.
PayPal. Choose PayPal at checkout and confirm the payment in your PayPal account.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.

Is it safe to pay by card?

Yes. Your card details go straight to Stripe, a payment provider used by online shops around the world. We never see or store your card number.

When am I charged?

For pieces that are in stock, the full amount is charged when you place the order.

For pre-order pieces, you pay 50% of the order total at checkout and the remaining balance before shipment. The product page shows the estimated dispatch time. We contact you when the balance is due.

Will there be anything else to pay?

Shipping is free on orders of $1,000 or more. Below that, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Customs duties and import charges in your country, if any, are paid by the buyer unless they are collected at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the payment method you used: to your card if you paid by card, to your PayPal account if you paid with PayPal. When a refund is due, and what to do if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, is set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

The payment did not go through

Check the card details and try again, or use the other payment method. If the problem continues, write to us or email [email protected] and we will help you complete the order.
