All of our products are shipped within 2 business days. All parcels are insured from damage and breakage. Every parcel can be tracked all the way to your home.  We email the tracking number immediately after shipping and put it in your order history.

 Large orders (tea and dinner sets or combined orders 6 kg and up) we ship by DHL express mail with no additional shipping charge.

We have a limited stock at our US warehouse. If available, we ship from US warehouse within the USA. Other countries will receive orders from Russia.

We ship with the standard traceable shipping service from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. The standard international shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel. You may find the estimated cost  of parcels by putting products at the shopping cart and press Checkout Button.
